Where it all began…Day #2 at Vision Quest 2020! Thankful for all these peeps!
Vision Quest 2020 | 5-Year Dream Self Party.
Where the first spark of Girl, It’s Time began which included the idea of a podcast. Since we had to have props for this party, I created this logo / subscription page to hold up as a visual to my story.
Dream it.
Having the opportunity to work at a company not only full of dreamers, but also a company that encourages dreaming, new hires are asked about their childhood dream. Mine as you can see was….Wonder Woman!
For CTC’s 5-year Anniversary, we were all sent celebratory boxes which we “unboxed” together doing our company-wide meeting.
In it was a blank CTC flag for us to decorate and design into anything we desired. This was my end result.
Design it.
During my time at CTC and being a part of creatives, as well as encouraged to step into our creativity, I have had the opportunity to design numerous things to aid in the sharing of information with employees in a fun and unique way, of course keeping branding consistent!
CTC United.
This year has brought many challenges and difficult waters to navigate in its wake. These things can be more trying in a remote environment. One thing it has highlighted, is that we no longer can be blind to things or avoid leaning in. We don’t have all the answers and will probably get it wrong part of the time even when our heart is in the right place, but going through this journey with respect and intentionality together, will help us to do better. Our work is not done.
Spirit of CTC.
We have weekly commendations at CTC to give space to all employees to nominate and share how they have been positively impacted by their co-workers and how they exhibited any of the company values. One of our values is the Spirit of CTC, which I was honored and humbled to receive weeks back. The people of CTC mean so much to me and are the core focus behind everything I do in my role. It warmed my heart that they felt the same.
Connecting with employees (AND their pets!) is the best part of my job! This is when I got to be a part of Cy’s 100 journey’s and have coffee at a great coffee spot! Best morning ever and if you want to check out his blog, please visit cycytheadventuredog.com

So many times we can be our own worst critic or lack to encourage ourselves the way we do others. Know you are doing it! Right here, right now! Taking the small steps that will become leaps 5 years from now. Keep going Girl, you got this!
